About Us

Green Kitchen is a Next Generation meal planning service in Singapore. Bringing together Michelin-trained culinary expertise and cutting-edge nutritional science. Founded by Singapore-based British chef, Maxamillian “Max” Mepham in 2021, Green Kitchen’s weekly changing menus appeal to the busy, time-crunched consumer who wants to eat well. Green Kitchen works with peak seasonal in-gredients, sourced locally and regionally, with input from nutritionist Pamela Ibarra and anti-ageing specialist Dr Naras Lapsys to ensure that every customisable meal box is not only truly tasty, but good for you. At Green Kitchen, we believe that eating well should never mean sacrificing flavour.

Kyle brings a wealth of experience from renowned fine dining establishments to his current role as head chef for some of the world’s largest super yachts, where he caters to elite guests.

His expertise extends to managing large scale catering operations, showcasing his ability to deliver exceptional culinary experiences on a grand scale.

Charlie, Brand & Operations Manager

Charlie joined GK in 2024, focusing on brand relationships and operations capabilities.

Prior to joining GK, he was at Accenture in London, providing consultancy services to its UK financial services clients.

Charlie is an avid ultra runner, triathlete and fitness enthusiast.

What Can Customers Expect?

Delivered up to three times a week, Green Kitchen’s weekly and monthly meal plans feature a rotat-ing menu of diverse dishes from well-loved cuisines. Think: Satisfying grain bowls and robust salads, hearty stews and braises, succulent grilled meats and fish, slurp-worthy noodles and more — all ele-vated with contemporary cooking techniques and seasonal produce. Every nutrient-dense Green Kitchen meal is packed in recyclable boxes that make it easy to reheat in a microwave or convention-al oven. You may
dig into your food right out of the box for a quick lunch al desktop, or plate it as you desire for a more leisurely meal.

“Green Kitchen is a meal planning service for anyone who wants to eat well,” says Chef Max. “Our mission is to show that this isn’t as daunting as it seems and that nutritious food can be high quality and delicious, too.”

We Cater for Everyone’s Needs – Inclusivity Is Part of Our Meal Box

Green Kitchen offers four customisable meal plan options — Balanced, Pescatarian, Vegetarian and Vegan — to cater to a diverse slate of nutritional needs. Additionally, meal boxes come in standard, large and even low-carb options. Every subscriber simply chooses the meal plan that best suits them, highlighting any unique food allergies and dietary restrictions they may have. This goes into each subscriber’s unique file that is updated when necessary by Green Kitchen’s customer service team.

In practical terms, says Chef Max, being Michelin-trained is centred around three tenets — craftsman-ship, consistency and care at the highest level. “Beyond high-level technical culinary skills and in-depth knowledge of cuisines, Michelin training is about innovation and creativity, delivered with the highest standards possible.” He has translated this approach to anchor a meal subscription service like Green Kitchen. “Every meal we create goes to the homes of customers looking to experience something remarkable, fresh and nutritious.”

We Are a Sustainability-driven Brand

Reflecting the ethos behind its name, Green Kitchen uses eco-friendly and sustainable BioPack packaging that is made from materials that are biodegradable and compostable. Furthermore, pro-teins come from certified suppliers that are Singapore-based wholesalers of alternative, organic, al-lergen- and preservative-free speciality food. Greens come from local partners such as Blue Acres in Singapore, an urban farm that cultivates natural and fresh produce sustainably. And prawns come from Southern Vietnam producer Selva Shrimp, which raises prawns in mangrove forests without feed or chemicals.

“We understand the importance of making conscious choices that not only nourish our bodies but also protect and preserve the planet we call home,” says Chef Max. “Green Kitchen’s name reflects our commitment to both healthy, nutritious meal plans and environmental sustainability.”

Investment Relations

Chef Max believes that the secret to long-lasting success in the crowded F&B industry is to proactive-ly address customers’ demands. He recognises that more consumers are becoming more conscious of their dietary choices and are looking for meals that can improve their overall well-being.

In the next five years, Green Kitchen will be focused on innovation and reinforcing its leadership in the culinary sector. Chef Max envisions expanding their presence, scaling operations, optimising functionality, and advancing their technology capabilities. Additionally, they are keen to explore stra-tegic partnerships that resonate with their mission and values.
